Affordable Housing Project, a Joint Venture between the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, and Contemporary Architecture Limited.
Background: The Federal University of Technology, Owerri. as part of its housing development scheme, is partnering with Contemporary Architecture Limited and her International Partners to develop 5,000 Affordable Housing Units in Imo State. Under the first phase of the project, 1,000 Units will be delivered in 12 to 24 months. Contemporary Architecture Limited, through her partner financing bank, will provide mortgage funding to prospective subscribers.
